Microbial products require careful handling. We ship with cold-chain packaging and expedited options to protect viability.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12 PM ET Monday–Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping (US)
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is available on all orders. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Canada
We ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cold-chain packaging
All live-culture products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs at no extra charge. We recommend refrigerating products immediately upon arrival.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking status in your account dashboard under Order History.
